WHAT MATERIAL IS YOUR SHIRTS MADE OF?
All of our shirts (currently) are made of fabric laundered, 100% ringspun cotton. They weigh roughly 4.3 oz and are ultra soft. We only use plastisol based inks that meet United States regulations and standards.
WILL MY SHIRT SHRINK?
The shirts that we use are already preshrunk to minimize shrinking in the washing process. Please make sure to wash all our products (inside out) in cold water and tumble dry low to ensure its longevity.
I DON’T SEE MEN OR WOMEN SIZES.
All of our shirts are unisex with a corresponding sizing chart (inches)(click here to see sizing chart). Please make sure to refer to that chart in order to find the best size for you!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
After receiving payment, your order is usually shipped within 1-2 days. To help expedite and streamline your order’s processing time, it’s ideal have your order shipped to the same address as the billing address of the card used for the purchase.
It shows I paid for 2 or 3 Day USPS Priority Mail shipping, but you didn't deliver as the shipping time showed, why is that?
Please note that "shipping time" is the time that it takes the usps to deliver your package. We generally ship within 24-48 hours after you have placed your order. however please keep in mind that we require a "processing time", which includes making your shipping label, putting together your order and packing it prior to having it sent out. We prepare and process all purchases in the order they are received. Depending on how many orders we have in queue, we may be ahead or a bit behind schedule. WE would prefer not to rush your order to avoid making UNNECESSARY mistakes.
ALso keep in mind that the THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING "DAYS" ARE BASED ON BUSINESS DAYS. spECIFIC DAYS SUCH AS SUNDAYs AND HOLIDAYS ARE NOT BUSINESS DAYS AND ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED DEPENDING ON WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS BEING HELD IN TRANSIT. Take into account THAT IF YOU ORDER ON A fRIDAY OR SATURDAY, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL THAT FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY WHICH IS MONDAY.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

What is your return policy? What should i do if i received a damaged item?
all sales are final; however, if the item you have purchased is damaged, please contact CUSTOMERSERVICE@kinfold.com right away! please make sure to include your last name and order confirmation number on the subject header to expedite the process.
DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO ADDRESSES OR OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES, SUCH AS PUERTO RICO OR GUAM?
Yes, we do ship to all of those locations. All orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service.
how about international orders? do you ship to locations outside of the united states?
yes we do. we ship to anywhere in the world with a mailing address. However depending on where your mailing address is, shipping rates, taxes and fees will differ.
